VELICIOUS: BULGOGI
Feeling hungry while you’re watching K-dramas? No worries, Big Asia Media got you covered with one of the most-famous Korean dish! Make your own Bulgogi at home with some help from Raw Chef Yin!
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup Portobello mushrooms, torn into pieces
½ Asian pear, grated
1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon coconut nectar
½ tablespoon sesame oil, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
1 shallot, minced
Garnish:
5 spring onions, finely chopped
1 bird’s eye chilli, finely sliced
Freshly ground black pepper
White and black sesame seeds
