There are all sorts of curry recipes in Southeast Asia. Big Asia Media Velicious explores one such, the Raw Vegan Japanese curry, prepared by none other than Raw Chef Yin!

For the sauce
1 carrot, chopped
12 cherry tomatoes
½ banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 shallot, chopped
½-inch fresh turmeric root, sliced
1-inch fresh ginger root, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon lime juice
½ teaspoon cacao powder
¼ cup water, or more if needed

For the Vegetables
½ Carrot, cut into small triangles
Purple cabbage, shredded
Cauliflower florets, cut into ½ -inch pieces
1 packet sweet peas, sliced

Black sesame seeds
White sesame seeds
